The Ladakh Marathon which takes place on 8 September 2013 offers runners the opportunity to register online and by mail.

REGISTRATION FEES
The fee schedule for registering has been set up so that it costs less if you are a resident of Ladakh.
10 KM Run:
- Type I (Foreign Nationals): Rs. 1400 / $US 25
- Type II (Indian Nationals who live outside Ladakh): Rs 1000
- Type III (Local Ladakhis): Rs. 500
21 KM Half Marathon:
- Type I (Foreign Nationals): Rs. 1960 / $US 35
- Type II (Indian Nationals who live outside Ladakh): Rs. 1500
- Type III (Local Ladakhis): Rs. 700
42 KM Full Marathon:
- Type I (Foreign Nationals): Rs. 2800 / $US 50
- Type II (Indian Nationals who live outside Ladakh): Rs. 2500
- Type III (Local Ladakhis): Rs. 1000
Khardung La Challenge:
- Type I (Foreign Nationals): Rs. 5600 / $US 100
- Type II (Indian Nationals who live outside Ladakh): Rs. 5000
- Type II (Local Ladakhis): Rs. 3000
Note: This race is for runners with experience who have run at least two prior marathons within the past three years.
Age restriction: 18 years to 45 years.

- Cash – only Indian Rupee currency will be accepted at LEH only
